We gladly accept exchanges due to items being damaged in shipping.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Include pictures of the initial package damage, the damaged item once opening the package, and 3 clear and up close pictures of the damage. In order for us to claim our shipping insurance for your item, these are standard requests through the carrier.
We do not accept cancellations after your item has been processed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
